Whether a quick breakfast meeting or a full-service event, the Whitehead Café has a selection of value-based catering packages and options designed to meet your needs.  48-hour advance notice is required for catering orders unless alternate arrangements have been made.  Don't see what you are looking for or can't find options within your budget? Please reach out to Whitehead Café management and we can put together a custom menu that meets your needs. 

For large events or those that require equipment rental, bar staff, are offsite or will be held after hours, we are happy to put together a custom proposal for you. 

We will do our best to accommodate last minute requests.  Please visit the café and speak directly to our chef manager or call 617-258-5130.

PLEASE NOTE: 

·       Designating an onsite delivery location on your catering order does NOT count as a room reservation. If your meeting/event takes place in a room or area that requires a space reservation, you must do that separately.  

·       If you need a special furniture configuration or extra tables for catering set-up (either inside or outside your room location), please arrange that separately with Whitehead’s Facilities Department and note any special instructions on your catering order. 

·       For large events, the Café has beverage options you might want to consider.  Coffee can be ordered in large dispenser containers (each serves 70 or more) and you can opt for cold beverages or fruit-infused water in large beverage dispensers. Contact the café manager for more information and pricing.

·       If, instead of catering, you would like to host a group meal in the cafeteria, you can arrange in advance for cafeteria vouchers or a group invoiced order.  Please contact the café manager for more information.
